Shipping Policy

Budget Leaf LLC sells both physical and digital products. This policy explains how each type is delivered.

 

1. Physical Products (Printed Planners)

Where we ship from: All physical orders are printed and shipped from Jacksonville, Florida, USA.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods (such as a new launch), processing may take longer — we'll note this at checkout if it applies.

Shipping within the United States: Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from the ship date, via USPS.

Shipping to Jamaica and other international destinations: Estimated delivery is 10–21 business days from the ship date, via USPS Priority Mail International. International shipments may take longer due to customs processing, which is outside our control.

Customs, duties, and taxes: International orders shipped to Jamaica (or elsewhere outside the US) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with Jamaica Customs if you'd like to estimate these costs before ordering.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, where available.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@mybudgetleaf.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out. Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier's tracking, we're not able to guarantee replacement for packages lost or stolen after delivery, but we'll do our best to help you resolve the situation with the carrier.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

 

2. Digital Products (Fillable PDF Planner and Free Resources)

Digital products — including the digital fillable PDF version of the planner and free resources like the Payday Reset — involve no physical shipping.

  • Delivery: You'll receive a download link immediately after purchase or signup, both on the confirmation page and by email.

  • Access: We recommend saving your download to your device as soon as you receive it.

  • Delivery issues: If you don't receive your download within 15 minutes, check your spam/promotions folder first, then contact us at hello@mybudgetleaf.com and we'll resend it.
