Welcome to Budget Leaf. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mybudgetleaf.com (the "Site") and any products or content you purchase or access from us. By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

Budget Leaf LLC ("Budget Leaf," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida-based company that designs and sells budgeting planners — both physical (printed) and digital — along with related educational content and free resources.

 

2. Not Financial Advice

Budget Leaf's products, including our planners and free resources like the Payday Reset, are educational and organizational tools. They are designed to help you organize and plan your own finances, but they do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We are not a financial advisor, financial institution, or licensed financial professional, and nothing on this Site should be treated as personalized financial advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified financial professional.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from Budget Leaf or to provide us with personal information. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

4. Products and Orders

  • We offer both physical planners (shipped internationally, including to Jamaica) and digital products (delivered electronically). See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details specific to each.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our discretion.

  • Payment is processed at the time of purchase through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount.

 

5. Digital Products and Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site and within our products — including planner layouts, designs, illustrations, written content, and the "Budget Leaf" and "Pencil It Out" names and branding — is the property of Budget Leaf LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.

  • When you purchase a digital product, you're granted a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own individual purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or claim our digital products or designs as your own.

  • Physical products are yours to keep once purchased, but the designs and content within them remain our intellectual property.

 

6. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns for both physical and digital products are governed by our Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of that policy.

 

7. Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
